Why we exist

Moving countries comes with deadlines that are easy to miss. Your foreign driving licence stops being valid after a fixed period, and the rules on exchanging it are written in the local language, spread over several authorities and change from time to time.

We read the official rules, link to them, and explain them in plain English. If your case is simple, we will tell you so and point you to the official page. If it isn't, we can help you prepare.

How we work

We work alongside the official process. You apply, the authority decides and issues your licence, and we make sure you arrive prepared, with the right documents at the right time.

Who we are

Licence Support International is the trading name of International Licence Support, an independent private company based in the Netherlands. We are not a government authority and are not affiliated with any licensing, passport or immigration body, you can always apply directly yourself, and we will tell you how.

What we offer is preparation, review and guidance in plain English: we read the official rules at their source, explain what applies to your situation, and help you submit a correct application. The decision, the timing and any official fee always rest with the authority.
