Privacy policy
How we handle the personal data you send us through this website.
Who is responsible
International Licence Support, trading as Licence Support International, is responsible for the personal data you give us through this website (the “data controller”). You can reach us at enquiries@licencesupport.com. You can also write to us at 148 Great Charles Street Queensway, Birmingham B3 3HT, United Kingdom, or call +44 1254 690417. Our company details are on our Imprint page.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, any phone number you give, where you live, your preferred language, your message and the details you choose to tell us about your licence, permit or trip. We do not ask for documents through the website.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b); for UK users, the equivalent provision of the UK GDPR).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to us working together, we keep it for up to 12 months and then delete it, so we can answer follow-up questions and spot misuse of the form. If we do work together, we keep your records for the duration of our work and for 2 years afterwards. Where the law requires us to keep financial records for longer, in the Netherlands, 7 years, we keep those for that period and no longer.
Your rights
Contact us at enquiries@licencesupport.com to use any of these rights. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to a data protection authority, in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl); if you are in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); or the authority in your own country.
